Dipping fish sauce

  • Ingredients

Fish sauce: 100ml
Sugar: 150g
White vinegar: 50ml
Minced garlic: 2 cloves
Water: 400ml
  • Method

Bring the fish sauce, sugar, white vinegar and water into boiling. Let it cool in room temperature and then add minced garlic and chili to your liking.
